KQZ approves the fund of collaborators in the election; Debates on their educational level!

The Central Commission of electionn approved today the fund of rewards for the persons who wil take part in local commissions, the members of vote counting groups, members of election centers etc. The fund reaches the sum of 248 milions that compared to that of 2003 is 48 milions more. According to experts this is made to moticate the workers who will take part in the voting process. In the meanwhile the pays for the members of Media Observing Board have also been determined.

In the meeting the candidatures proposed by PD, PDR and PR were discussed too, a matter accompanied by many debates between the head Clirim Gjata and the members Fatmir Kumbaro and Deshira Subashi. The debate continued on the secretaries of local commissions too. Kumbaro demanded that the head and the secretaries by with high education that was opposed by the head Gjata, According to Gjata this is a tchnical issue that can by passed by voting of the members of KQZ. In the meanwhile the member of KQZ Deshira Subashi demanded that for such a thing the change of law should be waited for, something opposed by the other members.
