Kermabon: EULEX nuk perfshihet ne ceshtjet e statusit

Deklarata u be nga shefi i EULEX-it ne Kosove, Iv de Kermabon per gazeten serbe “Danas”. "Ceshtja e statusit eshte nje çeshtje individuale e secilit prej shteteve anetere te BE-se", tha Kermabon.
Sipas tij, baza ligjore e misionit eshte nje dokument i miratuar nga 27 vendet anetere te BE-se, duke perfshire edhe ato shtete te cilat nuk e kane njohur pavaresine e Kosoves.
Kermabon tha se EULEX nuk ka marre pjese ne bisedimet per planin gjashtepikesh te OKB-se, prandaj ato jane pergjegjesi e UNMIK-ut.
