Majko: Berisha’s proposals are a preparation for usurpation of the locals. In January with protests!
It is now clear that the opposition will oppose the proposals of the majority composed only two days before. The general secretary of PS Pandeli Majko expressed that he has managed to discover the scenario hidden behind Berisha’s proposals according to whom the prime minister is preparing an usurpation of the local power.
“With the declarations he has made the prime minister does not want to hold elections on January 20 but is preparing to deal a hard blow to the local power. What he has in mind has not to do with negotiations opr consensus with the opposition but with the continuance of a permanent conflict,” Majko said.
According to him the opposition tends to negotiate not with proposal packets and by distance but on the table of reciprocal talks. Majko expressed that the politics should not be of standing for the election date but for their normal realization. “In the spirit of this constitution the cases of mandate continuance are recognized in the logic of replacement process. The issue of the fixed date should not be part of the negotiations bearing. But if the crisis is not solved till the end of the year the opposition in January will be active on another plan, that of the protests, especially if the prime minister stand to the declaration about naming the local elected after February 20 2007,” Majko emphasized.
