The Council of Prosecution has presented this time with penalty proposals for the prosecutors who delay the investigations in the penal files. Concretely, the Council has proposed the General Prosecution the meassure of “degrading from duty” for the prosecutor Ardian Brami and “banning from duty” for the prosecutor Ilia Bano, both prosecutor in the Prosecution of the Judicial District Korca and the meassure of “warning for banning from duty” for the prosecutor Artian Bejo, in the Prosecution of the Judicial District of Berat.
