A broken computer in Tirana increases the 3-4 fold the electric bills

When the computer in which the electric bills were stored crashed, the families living in Albania’s capital city received swollen bills. The shocked citizens protested before the Albanian Electric Institution when they received bills about 3-4 times their real value. Since the answer of the Institution was simply “its computer’s fault” they said they will bring their case to the court.
