Edhe Lezha kercenohet cdo moment nga permbytjet. Carja ne argjinaturen e Torovices dhe ne ate te Adriatikut kane detyruar forcat e ushtrise te vendosen ne keto zona ku eshte punuar gjate gjithe nates nga forcat e ushtrise.
Qeveria ka shpallur gjendjen e emergjences civile edhe ne qarkun e Lezhes.
Argjinatura e Torovices ka rrjedhje te ujit edhe pas masave te mara nga ushtria nderkaq derdhjet nga Shkopeti dhe Uleza duken disi me te stabilizuara. Aksi Milot-Burrel eshte zhbllokuar nga uji i shumte ndersa problemet sporadike jane evidente.
