MASH demands the provision with electric energy of educational institutions

The Ministry of Education and Sciences, analyzing the electric energy crisis in Albania, has demanded the regular provision with electric energy of schools through a special line. In all the country there are about 430 thousand elementary students and 142.334 high school students. In Tirana 70% of the elementaries work until 17:30 that is the latest working hour of evening. Of 22 high and profesionals schools of the capital 10 are open till 18:15. The University of Tirana works non stop as result of the increase of the number of accepted students. Actually, except the Art Academy, Sport Academy, Korca University, Dures University and Tirana Agricultural University that end thair work at 17:00, in the other universities the lections end oficially at 20:00
