The candidate of PD for Tirana Sokol Olldashi meet today with students of th high school in Tirana “Ismail Qemali”. Talking with the students of this school and with the director Lumturi Cela, Olldashi as the biggest problems deemed the overpopulation of classes with over 50 students and the absence of attention on the part of the municipality to build new schools or to expand the space of actual ones.
“I am sorry to see hat in the register the maximum number of the registrated in a class that is 52 has been passed and that you sitt by 3 or 4 persons in a bank. The teachers have to write the student names with pens because the register pages have only 52 students. Infortunately the classes with 54-55 students are normal now in the capital,” said Olldashi to the students of the second term of the “Ismail Qemali” high school.
Adressing to the media presen in the meeting Oldashi declared that the situation in the schools of Tirana must change immediately and that the students must study in normal conditions because this effects directly their formation. “Up to now the Tirana municipality has given building permission only to high apartments and for the concretization of everything. Urgently we shall create new public spaces to build schools for the schools to turn to normality and fot the lessons to be held in classes with no more than 32 students,” said Olldashi who talked with the students the problem of security in the schools.
