The Parliament Convened in a Plenary Sitting

 
The Parliament Convened in a plenary sitting on Thursday, 13 November 2008, at 10.00, under the chairmanship of the Speaker of Parliament, Jozefina Topalli, and proceeded with the following agenda:
 
1. Discussions on issues in included in the agenda
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous plenary sitting, dated 10.11.2008
3. Draft-law For the Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Ministers of the Albanian Republic, the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) and the Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT), on the accommodating measures of the host state for the accomplishment of NATO operations.
4. Draft-resolution On the Approval of the Structure and Staff Members of the Office of The Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data for the year 2008-2009.

To be voted:

1. Draft-law On the designation of locations for the demounting of the ammunitions of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania
2. Draft-law on State Attorney
 
 
At the beginning of the plenary sitting, the deputies discussed on the hunger strike of a group of deputies, as well as other issues not on the agenda.
Then, the deputies approved with majority of votes all issues on the daily agenda.
In the end of the plenary workings the Speaker of Parliament informed all the deputies that the Office of the General Attorney has issued the authorization for the prosecution of the deputy Andis Harasani.
