The leaders conference: the majority and the opposition with different attitudes as to the certificates

The leaders conference was assembled today to discuss about the amendments that will be discussed in the today sitting of the parliament. The discussions about the composition of a single draft are going on. After the meeting the head of parliamentary group of PR Arian Madhi declared that in the today sitting the amendment for the election postponning together with all other amendments emerging from the August agreement will be voted. About the election certificates the majority and the opposition still share different attitudes. Madhi said that for the certificates the atitude of ODIHR will be expected and that they can be implemented with a decision of KQZ, so there is no need to put them in the election code. In the meanwhile Majko said that the opposition strongly demands that the certficate issue be part of the election code and for this demands the understanding of the majority. Until 5:00 of today a compromis about this is expected to be arrived at.
