Albania, Again with the electric shortages. These are the dark hours
The energy shortages include all the country and the capital as well. Since two days in Tirana the energy limitations have begun to be applied at morning and afternoon hours varying from 1 to 2 hours.
State institutions have not escaped the limitations too. The General Prosecution has remained withoud electricity today for 4 hour and its chiefs said that as a result the work was blocked. The chiefs of the Prosecution said that this is the second day of shortages although the institution is of high importance.
In the manwhile the limitations are felt more in the cities and even more in villages where, according to our reporters the limitations have began since days before. So in Vlora the energy is absent from 7 to 10 in morning and from 19 to 20 in evening, in Shkodra from 8 to 14 in morning and from 17 to 19 in evening, in Elbasan from 8 to 12 in morning and 1 or 2 hour in afternoon, in Duress the limitations are up to 4 hours in morning and 2 hours in evening, in Korca they extend from 7 to 13 in morning and an hour in afternoon. But despite this the corporate has declared that this year for the first time limitations of energy are not applied.
