Bufi: There must be a law for elections; We don’t have time for experiments!
The vice head of the parliamentary group of PS, Ylli Bufi has expressed against any possible boycott of elections and has demanded comproms between parties as soon as possible. “The opposition does not stand for boycotting the elections but demands the consensus of th majority in approving the election code,” he said in aprounanciation for media.
Bufi said that the oposition is not against only the election date but what is most important is the absence of a special law. “The law must be approved, the list and identity cards procedures determined since without them an election proces can’t be guaranteed. But as it seems tha majoeity is not understanding this and is continuing to make the common crash not to draw from its solid and unacceptable attitudes,” he said.
Bufi also spoke against the proposal made by the prime minister Berisha the day before about the votrs lists, for openning judgal centers in the civil ofices units so that the voters could be registered from the moment of publication until the elections.
Bufi expressed against the control of the certificates by OSBE/ODIHR because according to him this is not a right or competence of this organsation.
