Cato: The lists problem is not competence of KQZ

With the approval of the legal act for the publications of election lists KQZ is sanctioning that it will go on with the procedure of partial elections. This was declared today by the vice president of the Central Election Commission Flamur Cato. “The problem of lists is a ever treated problem by the KQZ but it is not a competence of it because there are other organizations that have that obligation such as the civil offices and the local power organs,” said in the meeting of KQZ Cato.
