Gjata: Until 19 of december everything should have been finished
The Head of the Central Commission of Elections Clirim Gjata expressed his trouble about the delays in the fulfillment of thge sandards for the election reform. In a prounanciation for media he said that “according to the law, until the 19-th of December not only local commissions should have been formed and constituted and chiefs and vice chiefs elected but the registration of the candidates should have begun.”
Gjata emphasised that “On the 20-th of December the registration of the candidates with the right to compete in elections has to finish but this is a totally unacceptable preelectional situation when only one party has presented the local commissions members for all the country. Tuesday is the last day of registration of the parties as election subjects while the registration of the coalitions will have an extra time of 5 days.”
