"Imuniteti", Bufi: Të ndryshohet Kushtetuta
Deputeti socialist, Ylli Bufi deklaroi se kufizimi i imunitetit të deputetëve duhet të bëhet duke ndryshuar Kushtetutën.
"Deputeti mund të hetohet, por nuk mund të arrestohet pa vendim gjykate", u shpreh Bufi,
Sipas tij, kufizimi i mbrojtjes politike duhet të bëhet me konsensus me Partinë Demokratike.
