Koci: Shame to the government; Albania the most corrupted in the world
“Transparence International” has declared us as champions of the world in corruption and this is an alarming definition that the country is being misgoverned. So said the vice head of the socialist parliamentary group Petro Koci commenting the raport of “transparence International” published the day before. “In basis of this raport 53% of Albanian believe that the government is not effective in the war against corruption and 66% of Albanian have had to pay bribes in the public administrations. The most corrupted sectors are health, police and courts. This situations comes about from the authoritarism and centralism of the governing, the attack against the institutions fighting the coruption, the violations of the constitution by the majority in the parliament, the politic and tribal appointments, the public inciting of law violation and the composition of the government by incapable and corrupted persons,” said Koci.
