Ne qarkun e Dibres jane te izoluara komunat Lure Kala e Dodes Sllove Ostren dhe Trebisht. Probleme nga ngrica e akulli edhe ne disa fshatra te tjere.
Aksi nacional Peshkopi- Librazhd vazhdon te jete i bllokuar dhe drejtoria e mirembjajtjes se rrugeve po punon per hapjen e saj.
Ne Kukes komunat e thella vijojne te jene te bllokuara ndersa shfaqen probleme nga ngricat e akullin. Segmenti Kukes-Shishtavec mbetet i bllokuar. Probleme dhe ne akset Kukes-Peshkopi dhe Kukes-Krume. Fshatrat e thella malore ne Zapod Gryke Caje Bushtrice Kalis jane pa energji elektrike.
