Rama: However it be we are ready to participate in the elections

“We are resolved to make the elections in whatever hour, day, week, month or season of the year. It is upon them to realize them without lists and certificates and it is upon us to protect the elections from manipulators and the vote thieves, and we are resolved in this.” This was the declaration of the Head of the Socialist Party Edi Rama during a meeting with the heads of the terrain organizations of PS in Tirana, after the declaration of the President Moisiu on the execution of the elections in 20 January 2007. He added that “For this matter we will sacrifice from our time, energy and mind and everything we have because Albania cannot be held hostage by those who represent the past and that which is not the aspirate and dream of the majority of Albanians” he said adding that “they represent the Albaina of unsecurity, chaos and jungle, the Albania where the law is not the same for everyone.”

In the meanwhile Rama has made present the strategy for the verification of the electors list. He said that “the aim of this meeting is the realization of the antimanipulation strategy prepared by a group of experts of PSSH nd on the basis of the lists of 2005. We are entering the elections without a code and without lists, only with game rules defined by the force in power. This will not push us back of frighten us and we will go to every door to prvent manipulations and to realize our triumphant result.”

The strategy of PS consists of some phases. The first one beginning today and ending after 10 days consists in contacting all the citizens. After this the data will be put in computers.
