Arrestimi i 10 ish- luftetarPresidenti i Sri Lankes, Mahinda Rajapakse, urdheroi rebelet e Tigrave tamile te hidhnin armet dhe te dorezoheshin pas marrjes nga ushtria qeveritare te Kilinochchi-t, "kryeqyteti" politik i gueriljes separatiste.
