Two persons have been arrested for prostitution profit

Arjan Harexhiu of age 20 and Dylbere Toluli of age 48, both inhabitors of Tirana are the last arrested by the Tirana police. Tirana police made knonw that the mentioned persons have been arrested because thay are doubted for having commited the penal act of “profit from prostitution”. They are doubted for having profitted by two citizens, one of them a child.
