Berisha: The government is doing everything to guarantee Albanians free elections

The prime minister Berisha made a meeting with a group of Italian senators whom he confirmed that the government is making all efforts for the coming elections to be free and honest
He made the Italian delegation known with the initiatives of the government for the widening of the collaboration in the field of defense and its efforts for the realization of roferoms for the integration of the country into NATO
The prime minister added that the Albanian Armed Forces are passing through a reform process aiming at a military force not big in number but professional deserving the collaboration with the allies and NATO.
As for the collaboration with NATO for sending Albanian troops to Liban. Berisha said that “we are where our allies and partners are.” The prime minister Berisha also explained the reforms of the government againsat corruption and the organized crime. “The results in this direction have provided the raise of faith in the citizens and Albanian enterprisers . All these initiatives have aimed at making Albania an attracting country for the foreign investors, of whom Italian ones have a special place,” he said.
