Durresi, Vlora, Kamza dhe Shkodra do te kene pas disa muajsh planet e tyre rregulluese. Kryetaret e ketyre bashkive jane shprehur se miratimi i planeve do te permiresoje ndjeshem jeten sociale dhe aktivitetet ekonomike ne keto qendra te banuara. Aktualisht eshte perzgjedhur edhe kompania e cila do ta realizoje projektin, qe financohet nga Banka Boterore.
