Ministri i jashtem iranian Manucer Motaki ka deklaruar se Irani do te ndjeke linjen e negociatave me Perendimin por nuk do te beje asnje hap prapa persa i perket programit berthamor civil. Shefi i diplomacise iraniane ka ritheksuar natyren civile e jo ushtarake te programit berthamor te vendit te tij duke specifikuar se ky program nuk do te perbeje objekt tratativash. Teza jone tha ai eshte e thjeshte: energji berthamore per te gjithe, arme berthamore per asnje.
