Majlinda Bregu will undertake a legal initiative to change the amnisty law
The Democratic Party Deputy Majlinda Bregu will undertake a legal initiative to change the amnisty law that dates back to 1981 with some changes converting the appointments of the institutions made in th year 1993. She confirmed this in a press conference.
“Taking into view that the amnisty law is applied legally, its application under limitating procedures according to the kind of crime figures is necessary to give seriosity the application of this law on the part of Presidency,” said Bregu.
