Moisiu demands the improvement of the Judicial Power

The president of Albania Alfred Moisiu demanded the improvement of the judicial power especially on the three pillars, in the legal improvements, in the organizational improvement and in the raising of the professional formation. In the meeting The Reform for the consolidation of the Judicial Power held in the “Sheraton Hotel” in Tirana the president expressed his view that the preparation of a prolonged strategy for the reformation of the judicial power, accompanied by programs of legislative, institutional and financial measures complex and harmonized with each other in necessary. In function of this objective the Parliament and the government should identify and approve the respective legislative initiatives in connection with the objectives for the preparation of the strategy for the raising and the inclusiveness and the logistic and financial support of an interinstitutional Ad Hoc commission for the judicial power reform with the participation of the opposition representatives. So the legislative measures and changes will be more prolonged,” said Moisiu.
