Today's reunion is developed in closed doors, whýle as soon as after it's ending, are appeared in front of journalists both chairmans; the socialist Ben Blushi and the democrat Bujar Nishani. The socialist chairman Ben Blushi appeared satisfied for the remandation of the comission by the Parliament, and that this comisssion needs to keep away from external presssures. The majority is trying to enforce President to declare the elections date until November 15. "Thýs mustn't happen, because according to albanian law, President can fix this date until the first week of December, giving so more time to the parties." According to Blushi, today's reunion seemed more to a discusssion in which the comission members became acquainted with the opposition propose.
"In our amandment, we have seeked for exatly what is declared in OSCE ODHIR report helded after July 3 elections. There is spoken clearly about secure certificates and their colour," according to Blushi. Imediate was the reaction of the democrat co-chairman Nishani, who accused oppossition deputies for doing the impossible to delay the elections date. The amandment which was introduced by the oppossition is fully contrary with the Constitution. "We can't accept thýs. Elections are going to hold within constitional deadline. The majority is ready to accept OSCE recomendations if those are made after July 3 elections, event those which are presented by OSCE ODHIR experts. But we can see that the oppossition persists in its strategy of not-accepting any coproise about elections delay. This is a Edi Rama's recomendation who wants to gain time" added Mr Nishani.
