Nik Xhelilaj merr cmimin Shooting Star
Ne Berlinale marrin pjese si kurre me pare shqiptare. Ne fundjave u shfaq premiera e filmit Amnistia e Bujar Alimanit. Te marten ne mbremje ne pallatin e Berlinales Nik Xhelilajt iu dha cmimi Shooting Stars 2011.
Deutsch Welle -Ato dhe ata shkelqenin tek shkelnin tapetin e kuq. Kater aktoret me kostume gjashte aktoret me dekolte dhe fustane vezullues. Dhjete yje te keputur ose sic quhen ne Berlinale Shooting Stars moren te marten ne mbremje Maria-n. Miniskulptura eshte gdhendur sipas personazhit te filmit Metropolis te regjisorit te famshem gjerman Fritz Lang.
Dhe per here te pare ne historine e kinematografise shqiptare njeri prej ketyre yjeve eshte nje shqiptar. 28-vjecari Nik Xhelilaj i cili sic do te argumentonte ne emer te jurise aktorja gjermane Heike Makatsch tek portreti i Benit ne filmin Shqiptari i sjell te dyja si intensitetin ashtu edhe butesine duke i dhene keshtu rolit nje kompleksitet befasues.
Ishte Ralph Fines i njohur sidomos per rolin kryesor ne filmin Pacienti anglez ai qe do tu dorezonte dhjete talenteve te reja skulpturen e sponsorizuar nga Studioja e Babelsbergut duke u bere keshtu mentori i tyre per nje nate.
Aktori britanik ka ardhur ne Berlinale me debutimin e tij te pare si regjisor. Filmi i tij Coriolanus qe konkurron ne programin kryesor konsiderohet si njeri nga pretendentet per Ariun e Arte cmimin kryesor te Berlinales. Keshilla e tij per talentet e reja ishte nje shprehje e aktores Patti Smith e cila gjithashtu gjendej ne salle Bej punen

Nga 32 vende kishin konkurruar talentet kete vit per programin Shooting Stars 2011. Nder dhjete fituesit jane edhe disa qe jane te njohur pertej
kufijve te vendeve te tyre si per shembull irlandezi Domhnall Glaesson i cili ka luajtur qysh tek Harry Potter e qe ne Berlinale merrte pjese me filmin e hapjes True Grit.
Programi Shooting Stars financohet nga Agjencia per Promovimin e Filmave Evropiane dhe u ofron fituesve mundesi te shumta promovimi si takime me agjencite audicionale ne Berlinale si dhe vizita neper festivale te ndryshme ne Evrope si dhe ne Hollivud.
Per Nik Xhelilajn i cili mbas perfundimit te Akademise se Arteve ne Tirane ka pasur rastin te luante deri tani vetem ne tre filma me metrazh
te gjate ky do te jete nje shans i mire per angazhime ne role te tjera nderkombetare.

Xhelilajt porten per karrieren nderkombetare duke i dhuruar disa cmime Georgun e Argjendte ne festivalin e 32-te filmit ne Moske cmimin per
aktorin me te mire ne edicionin e dyte te Prifilm-it ne Prishtine si dhe cmimin e Festivalit te 47-te Filmit ne Antalia.
Publiku i Berlinales do te kete rastin ta shohe Nik Xhelilajn diten e diel 20.2.2011 ne kuader te serise Perspektiva e Filmit Gjerman ku do te shfaqet edhe filmi Shqiptari. Ne fillim te vitit ky film u shpall fitues i cmimit Max Ophuels.
Besides of the festive award ceremony for the stars in the Berlinale Palast where the young actors received the SHOOTING STARS award donated by Studio Babelsberg in honour of their achievments the ten actors participated in a three-day programme of events during the Berlin International Film Festival organised by EFP in close cooperation with the Berlinale and other partners.
From the beginning of the initiative the SHOOTING STARS have been supported by some of the film worlds leading stars and directors. Among those who have acted as presenters during the award ceremony on the stage are Ben Kingsley Jeanne Moreau Matt Damon Gwyneth Paltrow Doris Drrie Dennis Hopper Judi Dench Cate Blanchett Stellan Skarsgard and in 2011 Ralph Fiennes.
The ten actors met directors casting directors and producers from the international film scene in a casual atmosphere. These encounters are an important aspect of the actors personal networking. Many new projects have come about at this event and international productions have been cast to the accompaniment of sparkling wine and canaps.
