OSBE:Zgjedhjet nuk plotesuan standartet

Zgjedhjet e 28 qershorit plotesuan nje pjese te standarteve megjithate u verejten probleme te shumta.Keshtu u shpreh zedhenesi i OSBE-se gjate nje interviste per Dojce Vellen.Megjithate zyrtari i larte tha se nje raport perfundimtar do te dale pasi te jete mbyllur gjithe procesi.
