Tre palestineze arrestohen ne Gjilan
Policia ka ndaluar dje ne mbremje ne rajonin e Gjilanit tre shtetas nga Palestina te cilet dyshohet se kane hyre ne menyre te paligjshme ne territorin e Republikes se Kosoves.
Njesitet policore te Nenstacionit policor ne Zheger te rajonit te Gjilanit dje me daten 27. 09. 2010 rreth ores 2100 ne fshatin Pidiq komuna e Gjilanit kane ndaluar tre shtetas palestineze me dyshimin se kane hyre ne menyre te paligjshme ne territorin e Republikes se Kosoves ka njoftuar policia nepermes nje komunikate shtypi.
Bazuar ne hetimet fillestare te ndaluarit dyshohet se kane hyre ne menyre te paligjshme nga Republika e Maqedonise ne Kosove permes fshatit Stanqiq. Sipas hetimeve fillestare dyshohet se destinacioni i fundit i tyre ishte shteti i Gjermanise.
Te ndaluarit jane M. Dahchan 1982 M. Dahchan 1986 dhe M. Dahchan 1979 qe te tre me vendbanim ne Dir Al Balah Siti Al Baraka Gaza Palestine.
Pasi qe natyra e rastit bie ne domenin e pergjegjesise se Policise Kufitare nga njesitet e rendit keta persona ju jane dorezuar Policise Kufitare te rajonit te Lindjes per inicimin dhe kompletimin e lendes.
Lidhur me rastin ne fjale permes telefonit eshte njoftuar Kryeprokurori i PPK-se ne Gjilan i cili ka urdheruar inicimin e rastit per Kalim te paligjshem te kufirit. Ndaj tyre eshte caktuar masa e ndalimit policor prej 48 oresh.
