Vacek: Elections can be held but the situation is hard!

Even it seems dificult the elections can be held. This was the declaration made by the ambassador of OSBE in Tirana after a meeting with the minister of environment Lufter Xhuveli. Vacek spoke reservedly on the last development in the Albanian political class. He emphasised that the local elections wil be observed by ODHIR. In the meanwhile he demanded from the Albanian politic to sitt and arrive at a consensus for the election reform, something very important for the integration of the country in the international alliances. “Of course, we are still in expectance that the majority and the opposition should be able to find a common language in solving the remaining problems. Today this is all I can tell,” Vacek said
