AHC: Only 3 days remaining from the deadline of setting up the Polling Stations Commissions

The delay in setting up the Voting Commisions will reduce the fundamental right of the citizens to vote and therefore the election standards will be in risk. This is the analysis the AHC has made with regard to the prelections preparations situation in Albania. AHC,emphasizes that PSC have to be appointed by the ACPS not later than 10 days before the elections date. “Only 3 days remain from the deadline of teh implementation of this legal request cited in the article 45 of the electoral code. This should be
beared in mind not only by the proposing parties, but even from the ACPS who shouls give their approval.”,says the declaration.
