Re, at "Irfan Tomini" str. Mr. Olldashi emphasized that this community is neglected and ignored by the Tirana Municipality, which at least should provide a social shelter for them. "The Municipality, while adjusting Lana, has had the obligation to first settle the people who are living along this river, to settle them in social buildings, provide them a shelter.
