Lideri kubanez Fidel Castro ka hequr dore edhe nga posti i fundit qe mbante ai i Sekretarit te Partise Komuniste.
Castro 84 vjec gjate nje fjalimi para studenteve ne Havana tha se vendosi te delegoje pushtetin e tij ne krye te Partise Komuniste per arsye shendetesore.
Jam i semure dhe bere ate qe duhej te beja te transferoja pushtetin tim. Nuk mund te bej dicka qe nuk jam ne gjendje ti perkushtohem me kohe te plote tha Castro para studeneve.
