“Punonjesit duhet te jene te ndergjegjshem per pergatitjen e pamjaftueshme per nivelin e ulet profesional. Eshte bere shume pak pune per te rregulluar kete situate”, u shpreh Kuliqi.
Por nivelin e pakenaqshem te formimit policor e ka permendur edhe prokurori i Tiranes, Gent Xholi.
Me tej Kuliqi tha ne analizen e policise se kryeqytetit se duhet te hetohet ngjarjet e pazbardhura, por sipas tij duhet te kete nje bashkepunim me te forte mes strukturave brenda policise.
