Shtat persona kan prfunduar n prangat e policis s Vlors nn akuzn e dmtimit t siprfaqeve t mdha pyjore n disa zona t ktij rrethi. Katr nga t arrestuarit jan drejtues t ndrmarrjes s shrbimit pyjor n kt qytet.
Organi i akuzs s Vlors bn t ditur se , u ndaluan Sotiraq Qorraj, shefi i policis pyjore pran ndrmarrjes s shrbimit pyjor, Shyqyri Hoxhaj, prgjegjs i sektorit pyjor t zons s Lumit t Vlors, Pavli Sorraj, punonjes i policis pyjore dhe Bilal Lulaj, inspektor n zonn pyjore Ku-Kallarat. Gjithashtu, u ndaluan edhe tre persona t tjer, administrator t firmave shfrytzuese t pyjeve, mes t cilve Qatip Veshi, administrator i firms Shushica, Adil Leskaj, administrator i firms Leskaj, Ardian Haskaj, administrator i firms Bushi.
Ndrsa administratort e firmave t shfrytzimit t pyjeve, dyshohet se kan konsumuar element t veprs penale t shkatrrimit t prons, me pasoja t rnda, q parashikohet n nenin 152, paragrafi i dyt, t Kodit Penal.
