The chief prosecutor of Lahey Carla Del Ponte again has accused Bosnia and Serbia of hindering the surrender of the accused for war crimes Radovan Karagic and Radko Mladic. The Security Council should use pressure over both countries has demanded Del Ponte in New York. It is clear that the governments in Sarajevo and Belgrade are not ready to arrest the ex=leader of Bosnia serbs and his general.
