Topalli: Kosovo will be independent very soon

The number two of the state, the head of the parliament Jozefina Topalli has emphasised the approach of the independence of Kosovo in the Eight-th Table of Balkans with the theme “The new majority and minorities in the changing Balkans”. In the Table held in Budapest on 2-3 of December Topalli said that “Every great event requires time. Scepticism in natural, just as it has been in the case of Montenegro and Macedonia. But the world has the consience that independence is the only solution for peace and stability in the region and more. If anyone else has a better solution we are ready to hear it. We all are conscious that due to USA and EU there is a greater stability in the region. I heard with pleasure that Mr. Thaci and Mr. Surroi have a clear idea on post-independence, of course respecting the minority rights, applying the decentralisation and not changing the borders. I am very sure that the independence of Kosovo will serve not only Kosovo but Serbia and all the region as well.
