Vazhdon odiseja e pronave

Nje fenomen i lindur ne Shqiperi gjate viteve te tranzicionit, eshte ndertimi i shtepive ne tokat bujqesore. Ndertimet ne to kane pushtuar cdo rreth te vendit. Vetem gjate vitit te kaluar u ngriten 4300 ndertime pa leje, ne toka te klasifikuara si pjellore. Kjo ceshtje pritet qe te zere vend te rendesishem edhe gjate fushates zgjedhore.
