Lirohen mjeket e dyshuar per transplant organesh
Jane liruar nga masa e paraburgimit tre mjeket e dyshuar per transplatin ilegal te veshkave ne kliniken “Medikus”, ne Prishtine. Dr.Tune Perforfi, Dr.Lutfi Dervishi, Arban Dervishi, menaxher i klinikes “Medikus”, do te mbrohen ne liri.

Vendimi eshte sjelle nga Kolegji Penal i Gjykates se Qarkut ne Prishtine i perbere nga Gjyqtare Nderkombetare.
I kontaktuar me telefon avokati i Pervorfit, Tome Gashi tha se "tre te dyshuarve iu eshte nderprere parabugimi dhe u eshte imponuar masa e lajmerimit njehere ne jave ne polici”, gjithashtu “u jane marre pasaportat dhe nuk do tju kthehen deri me 4 shkurt 2009”.
Avokati Gashi shfaqi shpresen se se shpejti do te lirohet edhe mjeku tjeter i perfshire ne kete rast Ilir Rrecaj.
Klinika “Medikus” ku punonin mjeket e lartpermendur eshte mbyllur ne fillim te nentorit te ketij viti nen dyshimin se aty kryhej transpaltim ilegal i organeve.
