Pollo terheq padine ndaj Balles

Genc PolloMinistri i Teknologjise dhe Inovacionit Genc Pollo eshte terhequr sot nga padia penale per shpifje qe kishte bere ne gjykaten e Larte ndaj deputetit socialist Taulant Balla.
Avokatja e Pollos e argumentoi terheqjen me ndryshimet e fundit qe i jane bere kodit penal ku eshte hequr vepra e shpifjes. Sipas saj padia civile per te njejten ceshtje ne gjykaten e Tiranes ku kerkohet demshperblimi moral eshte e mjaftueshme per klientin e saj. Ndersa deputeti socialist Balla i pranishem ne seance tha se i qendronte akuzave te tij te bera ne interpelancen ne kuvend me Pollon sipas te cilave nje firme fantazme po cante rruget e Shqiperise duke shkelur ligjet ne funksion te linjave te interkonjeksionit. Balla theksoi se per kete ceshtje ka bere edhe kallezim penal ne prokurori.
