Rumania ratifikon Protokollin
Senati i Rumanise ratifikoi Protokollin e anetaresimit te Shqiperise ne NATO, duke u bere vendi i gjashte qe miraton Protokollin ne fjale. Ne nje leter falenderimi, kryetarja e Kuvendit, Topalli shkruan se, ky ratifikim eshte shprehje e mbeshtetjes se vendeve te NATO-s dhe te Bashkimit Evropian ndaj Shqiperise.
