Healthy glow: Miley has been extremely health conscious in the past month, often tweeting about her five-mile runs, going uphill in Skecher's Shape-ups, drinking spinach carrot OJ smoothies, and eating Good Habit's gluten-free homemade granola

Exercising in style: Miley has been photographed in an array of crop tops and bralets in the past month, but today was the first time the 19-year-old star was seen wearing a tight black mini-dress to pilates class

The other side of fame: Yesterday Miley told her 5.3 million followers that she is 'highly considering' moving back to Nashville to avoid their invasive flashbulbs
