The way how Soros steal 3 milliard of Albanian money
>It is two weeks now that sot magazine is dismantling the criminal financial activity structure of Foundation Besa created y Soros. Today we will start telling how was donated the Albanian money to Soros. It is impressive the way how Albanian Government helped Soros. No other organizations had such support.
In 1999 Albanian Government transferred over 3 million of dollars of Development Albanian Fund (government institution) assets by Besa Foundation. By the time the Albanian government was full immersed in the resolution of the Kosovo crises. According to the agreement dated 20 May 1999 Soros spoiled 3 million dollars by Albanian government during the time it needed the most financial help.
At the time all international institutions and non-profit organisations were bringing money from outside. Soros was doing the opposite in order to increase his profits. The most interesting thin is that the money was coming by a World Bank credit and the Albanians are still paying for this money. This money had achieved a 7 million dollars cipher and the state is paying this money from his budgets. The 7 million dollar damage is only a minimal part the real damage made by Soros to the Albanian Government.
Govern Council decision No. 207, 28. 04. 1999: "To transfer the activity, the assets, the credit budget in the buying form according to the World Bank terms (If in a 4 year period will be realized the index like agreed, this budget will be transferred to Foundation Besa) from the ADF (Albanian Development Fund) urban credit department to Besa Foundation, according to the agreement. The monitoring terms are specified in the agreement".
On the same documents is specified the line to be followed:
"5. The ADF veterinary supply department activity and the assets will be transferred to a non-govern organisation, according to an agreement made on purpose between Ministry of Finances, ADP and NGOs.
5. The transfer will become after a valuation by an independent financial control.
7. The institutions assigned to follow the decision execution are: Ministry of Finances, Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Commerce.
This decision takes charge immediately.

On a program realized by Besa Foundation on 2007 against the business informality is sad:
"The civil organizations and the government participation organized a meeting based on the informality and the need to reduce it. The organizers observe that the informality phenomenon is extended on many fields, and it is necessary a large politic agreement in order to ensure the continuing. On informality reduction they suggest the economic system performance expanding, applying the law ward by ward".
Only two months earlier Besa Foundation started to give credit and is still continuing. If there is an informal structure in Albania is called Besa Foundation and the money involved in hers informality had achieved big numbers. This remembers us the "pyramids" period. On his highest informality time Soros organizes meetings with the government against the informality! This is really disgusting. Any hypocrisy has limits, but in Albania every thing is possible.
Erjon Veliaj expressed himself on the meeting with the civil society about this problem: Fiscal evasion can't be fight by condemning the entire civil society sector". These wards come by a person that is a rare case to study. His brother using the "non-profit" organisation Fshati Urban, created to help young artists, bade big businesses with tobacco companies, bet companies and other subjects. Old Velia`s business "C&PR Production" had broght to him hundred of thousands lek registered as a small business.
The law on company's tax seems to have good motivations by the government. The government need to start immediately to deal with these who are abusing in millions of dollars in Non-profit organisations.
